叉车转向节配件作用主要是当叉车在程度路面行驶时，叉车轮子以程度轴为中心下下摆动，可减轻车架的改变，保证每一个叉车轮子的负荷平均，同时也保证叉车行驶稳定。下面是叉车各个转向节配件的检验与修理规范。

一、 当叉车转向节的颈部有裂纹时，应该给予改换。
1. when there is a crack in the neck of the steering knuckle of forklift truck, it should be replaced.
二、 叉车转向节配件之轴承e及油封轴颈f的磨损，普通应不大于0.05mm，当大于此值时可用镀铬办法修复。
2. the wear of bearing e and oil seal journal f of steering knuckle fittings of forklift truck should not be more than 0.05 mm in general. when it is greater than this value, it can be repaired by chromium plating.
三、 转向节推力轴承平面，应该平整，如不平整时应修平。
3. the plane of thrust bearing of steering knuckle should be flat, if uneven, it should be trimmed.
四、 叉车转向节配件螺纹如损伤超越2牙时，可修车螺纹配螺母，或堆焊后重新车削螺纹。
4. forklift steering knuckle fittings threads can be repaired with nuts or re-turned after surfacing if the damage exceeds 2 teeth.
五、 叉车转向节的装配与调整。转向节和转向节销轴的间隙应不大于0.1mm。

六、 转向节与转向桥间的端隙普通为0.05-0.1mm。如端隙过大，可加装调整垫圈停止调整。
6. the end clearance between steering knuckle and steering bridge is usually 0.05-0.1 mm. if the end clearance is too large, adjusting washer can be installed to stop adjusting.
七、 转向节轴与转向桥的滚针轴承，其大间隙应不大于0.1mm。
7. the maximum clearance of needle roller bearings for steering knuckle axles and steering axles shall not exceed 0.1 mm.
八、 转向节销孔误差为0.06mm，当大于0.1mm时，可铰孔至修理尺寸，配主销轴。
8. the pin hole error of steering knuckle is 0.06mm. when the pin hole error is greater than 0.1mm, the pin hole can be reamed to repair size, and the main pin shaft can be matched.
九、 当转向板销孔磨损时，不得大于0.15mm，否则可铰至修理尺寸，配主销轴。
9. when the pin hole of the steering plate is worn out, it must not be greater than 0.15mm, otherwise it can be reamed to the repairing size and fitted with the main pin shaft.
