phenomenon: the charging indicator lamp flickers or the ammeter swings around the zero position. use the dc voltage of the multimeter to measure the voltage at both ends of the battery. if it is lower than the standard value, it indicates that the charging voltage is too low.
原因：充电器工作电压失调或有故障，电瓶有故障。
cause: the working voltage of charger is maladjusted or faulty, and the battery is faulty.
3、充电电压过高

现象：充电过程中灯泡易烧毁，蓄电池电解液消耗过快，使用万用表的直流电压档测量蓄电池两端的电压值，如高于标准值，则表明充电电压过高。
